Congratulations to Alexia Doiron for achieving first place in her category for the annual Royal Canadian Legion Remembrance Day Art/Poetry contest at the provincial level. Her entry was sent to New Brunswick Command in Saint John after she won first place at the local level. This is the second time a Middle School student from Tabusintac has held this honour. Her artwork will be entered in the contest at the Dominion Level in Ottawa. Good Luck, Alexia!

Stella Ward (District Commander of Northumberland Kent), Reid Wishart (President of RCL Branch 47) and Raymond Harding (1st Vice President of RCL Branch 47) came to our school to present her with her certificate and offer their congratulations. Marianne Harris (Secretary of Northumberland Kent and Public Relations representative) was there to take photos which will be submitted to the Royal Canadian Legion Magazine.
